Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to the manufacturing unit by carrying out tool changes and machine setting for caps closing machinery (injection moulding).
  • •Perform fault finding on machinery and related equipment, identifying mechanical faults and setup issues.
  • •Report machine stops (other than tool changes) and machine faults to the supervisor, and raise maintenance work orders when needed.
  • •Ensure safety checks on machines and equipment are completed and take action to address non-compliance.
  • •Complete QC and post-production quality checks, ensuring visual and functional checks and all production documentation are properly completed.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous role in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • •Injection assembly machine technical experience, including setting machines and tooling.
  • •Carry out tool changes and machine setup for caps closing machinery (injection moulding) following work instructions and procedures.
  • •Perform fault finding to identify mechanical faults, set up issues, and production quality issues.
  • •Complete QC checks and production documentation in line with company standards and procedures.
