Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the long-term strategy for experimentation and measurement across the company.
  • •Build and maintain a technology roadmap for a centralized experimentation platform integrated with Faire’s data ecosystem, including measurement infrastructure and experiment lifecycle governance.
  • •Partner with Strategy and Analytics, Product Management, and Data Science stakeholders to ensure experimentation capabilities meet business needs.
  • •Set design and usage patterns for experiments, including standards for experiment design, metric creation, and result interpretation.
  • •Balance technical leadership with hands-on development to drive adoption and operational excellence for experimentation infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive software engineering experience focused on experimentation, analytics infrastructure, and product development, including defining technical vision and driving adoption across teams.
  • •Proven experience designing, building, and scaling experimentation platforms in SaaS systems, with strong relevance to marketplace and e-commerce environments.
  • •Deep understanding of experimentation methods including A/B testing, multivariate testing, feature rollout, and progressive delivery.
  • •Experience implementing and operating commercial or open-source experimentation platforms (Eppo experience especially valuable).
  • •Strong data skills including Snowflake and Databricks experience, experiment lifecycle management, and scalable analytical data model design with strong SQL.
