Key Responsibilities

  • •Design portions of engineering solutions for electrical and electronic parts, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms based on established principles and specifications.
  • •Perform test and troubleshooting to debug defective hardware/electronic units, sub-assemblies, and process steps based on established testing plans.
  • •Validate tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration, EMI, safety, reliability, thermal generation, and system power measurements.
  • •Implement planned remediations across the hardware stack, maintaining thorough procedural records and data logs.
  • •Develop and publish updates on resolutions, communicating findings internally and collaborating with electrical hardware engineers and internal/outsourced development partners for product development and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) or equivalent work experience demonstrating competence.
  • •0-2 years of work experience, preferably in electrical design and tools, software packages, or electronic hardware architecture.
  • •Ability to design electrical/electronic parts, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms based on established principles and specifications.
  • •Competence in testing and troubleshooting defective hardware/electronic units and sub-assemblies using established testing plans.
  • •Experience with electrical hardware design and development tools and related knowledge sharing with partners.
