Key Responsibilities

  • •Project manage parts of engagement and appointments, supporting directors/Senior Managing Directors and managing external stakeholders.
  • •Support management teams with business plans, short-term cash flow forecasts, and restructuring plans.
  • •Develop, analyse, and present restructuring options for clients using inputs from other teams and advisors.
  • •Manage a portfolio of insolvency appointments, engaging stakeholders and supporting Insolvency Practitioners through appointments.
  • •Drive documentation processes, support business development and marketing initiatives, and coach and develop junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •CA (or equivalent) qualification.
  • •Financial restructuring, insolvency, or transaction experience in a professional services firm, consultancy, bank, or investment bank.
  • •Understanding of debt markets, banking, loan agreements, and relevant financial and legal documentation.
  • •Strong analytical skills, including short-term cash flows and financing/restructuring options within insolvency procedures.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and strong project management experience.
