Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent), owning analytically rigorous workstreams on complex client problems.
  • •Exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills; comfortable structuring messy data into trusted insight using Excel/Sheets, with BI tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau) or SQL as a plus.
  • •A track record of building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodology—not just one-off deliverables.
  • •Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy work, ideally in or adjacent to legal, financial services, or professional services.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication, simplifying complex ideas for senior stakeholders while working effectively in ambiguity.
