•Conduct comprehensive research on global and local luxury resale market trends and monitor competitor movements on TikTok Shop and other social commerce platforms.
•Perform deep-dive operational analysis of top-tier merchants (Head Sellers) to identify best practices in product assortment, pricing, and content strategy.
•Assist Operations Managers in developing data-backed growth plans for key luxury merchants.
•Support end-to-end execution of Mega Live events, coordinating merchants, creators, and platform resources.
•Consolidate complex datasets into structured reports and presentations, identifying emerging “hot items” and consumer behavior shifts to guide category optimization.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Fashion Management, or a related field.
•Proven skills in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to derive insights from data.
•Strong interest in e-commerce and the creator economy.
•Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
•Ability to learn quickly, execute under pressure, and demonstrate project management and coordination skills.
