Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and resolve customer issues related to AAdvantage® credit card accounts, servicing, and cardmember benefits in partnership with ACS and internal stakeholders
  • •Analyze call listening sessions and trends to identify customer pain points and recommend solutions to reduce recurring issues
  • •Monitor escalation trends and benefit delivery issues, and prepare reporting for leaders to support growth and profitability of Citi/AAdvantage co-brand credit cards
  • •Manage marketing campaign assets across direct channels, including approvals and marketing reviews with Citi and internal partners
  • •Support project management, prioritization, timelines, and performance reporting for digital enhancements and marketing campaigns; execute initiatives to increase acquisition rates and/or employee engagement
