Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of category, sourcing, and contracting strategies through data gathering and analysis.
  • •Execute allocated sourcing events, contract administration, and supplier/contract performance and initiative management.
  • •Track commercial dashboard KPIs and proactively address, escalate, and report issues across the category/supplier/contractor portfolio.
  • •Implement value delivery plans and capture price updates in the system to support routine and tactical sourcing activities.
  • •Contribute to sustainable value and inclusive procurement through ESG, TCO, working capital, cost reduction, and community participation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of relevant experience across the Supply Chain value chain.
  • •Knowledge of sourcing strategies, contracting frameworks, and related legal considerations.
  • •Familiarity with integrating Commercial, Procurement, Supplier Management, and Purchasing principles and practices.
  • •Awareness of safety standards, sustainability frameworks, and inclusive procurement policies within supply chain operations.
  • •Understanding of Supplier Relationship Management concepts and frameworks, including negotiation principles and best practices.
