Salary: USD 120,000 - 170,000 annually

•5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on sourcing and creative talent attraction.
•Proven success sourcing and recruiting technical talent in robotics, autonomy, and hardware.
•Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS.
•Experience hiring at fast-growing, quick-scaling start-ups.
•Bonus experience hiring GTM roles (sales, ops, etc.).
