Job Summary

Screen candidates and learners for employment and training opportunities, assessing suitability against employer requirements. Provide advice, guidance, and feedback to prepare people for interviews, training programmes, and new roles. Key Responsibilities

•Screen candidates and learners for employment and training opportunities, assessing skills, qualifications, and suitability against employer requirements.
•Provide advice, guidance, and constructive feedback to help candidates prepare for interviews, training programmes, and new roles.
•Work closely with Strategic Account Managers and Account Managers to understand vacancy requirements and support successful fulfilment.
•Build strong relationships with internal colleagues, candidates, learners, and external partners to maintain a consistent pipeline of suitable applicants.
•Accurately record candidate activity, screening outcomes, and progression in recruitment and customer relationship management systems, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: GBP 27,000 - 30,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate screening, or a similar employability-focused environment.

•Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, recruitment software, and Microsoft Office applications.
•Clean UK Driving Licence.
