Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate demand forecasts into executable orders and supply plans to support production and materials planning.
  • •Develop regional and global forecasts with Sales and Operations across a 12–18 month planning horizon.
  • •Convert demand plans into physical orders and executable production requirements with Sales and Operations.
  • •Analyze demand patterns and incoming demand to identify order exceptions, inventory opportunities, and alignment with product rationalization strategies.
  • •Plan and schedule order timelines and perform material management analysis (forecasting, inventory consumption/aging, in-transit, safety stock) while coordinating corrective actions with plants and regional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in supply chain or a related field, or equivalent experience with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience in order management, inventory optimization, inventory management, asset utilization, and asset management.
  • •Basic understanding of SAP and MRP functionality.
  • •Ability to work with and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • •Strong execution capabilities with a sense of urgency and accountability.
