Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate pre-arrival communications by responding to guest inquiries and providing information on hotel services, confirmations, and requests.
  • •Capture, log, and track guest preferences and special requests using guest profiles/history, then relay them to the right departments prior to arrival.
  • •Run day-to-day Connectivity Center operations, ensuring guest requests are documented, followed up, and completed within service standards.
