Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop VLSI flows and methodologies for interposer design with interposer engineering teams.
•Develop applications that enable project engineers with an emphasis on maintainability and ease of use.
•Create and improve flows/tools to construct, analyze, and validate interposer designs at multiple stages of the production flow.
•Optimize daily workflows of interposer designers by improving automation infrastructure.
•Collaborate with interposer design engineers, package architects, and foundry partners to deliver production-quality solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,000 - 218,500 annually

Key Requirements

•BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years building flow and methodology development for interposer design used by engineering teams at scale.
•Strong programming fundamentals in Python and/or C++, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and code quality practices.
•Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML techniques in engineering workflows, such as using LLMs for code generation/debugging or integrating AI-assisted flows into EDA environments.
•Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals relevant to VLSI interposer design, including signal integrity, power delivery, and/or parasitic extraction.
•Ability to work on automation infrastructure that validates design rules and accelerates interposer design workflows for production-quality outcomes.
