Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide global PMO support to the Bid Manager (Offer/Bid).
  • •Create and validate quotation summaries by ensuring correct integration of discipline quotations and cost-estimation rules.
  • •Ensure completeness of the bid quotation file and support cost challenge for the Bid Manager.
  • •Maintain the offer Risk Register jointly with the Bid Manager and ensure it is kept up to date in Active Risk Manager (ARM).
  • •Support transition from offer phase to project phase, including contributions to ROM estimates and capacity planning.

Key Requirements

  • •First experience in project management and/or bid management or in finance, focused on building major quotation/estimation for client offers in airspace surveillance and defense.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in teams and across functions (Bid Manager, engineering, procurement, finance, operations directions, sales).
  • •Rigorous, proactive, and autonomous in structuring activities.
  • •Proficiency in Excel.
  • •Good English; knowledge of Deviprop and Active Risk Manager (ARM) is a plus.
