Job Summary

Proactively shape HR and business strategies by analyzing organizational trends, conducting diagnostics, and recommending solutions that align with evolving priorities. Lead organization design, role alignment, transitions, scalability, and change management with communication and engagement plans. Drive talent assessments and strategic workforce planning, strengthen performance and coaching culture, and partner with HR COEs and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions, including HR support for M&A integration.
