Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • •Support major commissions by owning an aspect of service delivery.
  • •Deliver projects to time, cost, and appropriate quality standards while meeting client objectives.
  • •Work with multiple stakeholders within the framework of NEC contracts.
  • •Support clients transitioning to Net Zero and broader sustainability changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience focused on NEC contracts.
  • •Expertise in NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract administration.
  • •Knowledge of CDM and site health and safety as it pertains to NEC contracts.
  • •Degree qualified in an infrastructure or construction related subject.
  • •Preferred: chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, or RICS and NEC accreditation.
