Serve as a key partner to the underwriting team by conducting structured telephonic medical interviews and gathering detailed medical and lifestyle information for life, disability, and long-term care applications. Review cases for missing data, order and track underwriting requirements, and ensure files are complete and decision-ready. Collaborate with underwriters, agents, applicants, and medical vendors while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance throughout structured workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct structured telephonic medical history interviews in a professional, compliant, and empathetic manner.
•Document interview responses accurately in underwriting systems and workflows while maintaining confidentiality.
•Review applications for missing or incomplete information prior to interviews.
•Order, coordinate, and track underwriting requirements (e.g., APS, paramedical exams and labs, supplemental questionnaires and follow-up documentation).
•Partner with underwriters to clarify details, identify outstanding requirements, and escalate complex findings to keep cases decision-ready.
