Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions aligned to the value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments, and drive periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and support outside sales activities such as business sales calls, Membership Advantage presentations, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Follow risk and compliance processes while opening/servicing retail products and participating in the consumer loan and bankcard process from application through closing.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to engage in sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analyzing credit and financial information.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
