Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) across the product lifecycle, from preliminary design through fleet support.
  • •Plan, perform, and document thermos-structural, durability, and integrity analyses for turbine rotating parts.
  • •Use finite element tools to assess design optimization and ensure component integrity.
  • •Define test objectives and instrumentation for rig/engine testing and analyze results.
  • •Support production by evaluating forged parts, analyzing geometric deviations, managing source changes, and writing analytical, test, and certification reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be approved for a PMC/CI work environment (including listed ECL/EAR requirements).
  • •Proficiency using software on PC/UNIX, including experience with ANSYS Classic & Workbench and Catia V5 or equivalent CAD/CAE.
  • •Relevant experience in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
  • •Autonomous with strong written and oral communication and excellent organizational skills.
  • •Member of OIQ (or eligibility to become one) is an asset.
