BOX OFFICE SELLER

Ensure smooth, compliant ticket office operations by handling cash, balancing and reconciling daily/nightly ticket sales, and supporting price and inventory initiatives. Provide prompt, courteous in-person and phone customer service, troubleshoot will-call and guest-list issues, and support ADA requirements. Manage daily box office procedures, operate the Ticketmaster host system, maintain call center phone menus and event calendars, and update ticketing logs and spreadsheets as needed.
