Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with individuals and small businesses by having in-depth, proactive conversations both in person and by phone. Identify financial wellness opportunities, provide tailored recommendations, and drive client acquisition and growth within the branch team. Open and service accounts and lending products, support teller-line transactions as needed, and maintain strong compliance documentation. Work toward individual activity and sales goals, including Saturday shifts and participation in branch huddles.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and deliver customized financial wellness recommendations in person and by phone.
•Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations to drive client acquisition and relationship growth.
•Open personal and business accounts and support lending/deposit products including certificates of deposit and home equity.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and document client interactions.
•Support branch operations including assisting with teller-line client transactions and participate in morning huddles/end-of-day debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED or equivalent business experience.
•Minimum 1 year experience building new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
