Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, covering planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Prepare project scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedules and milestones, and lead quality control and risk identification.
  • •Define delivery resources via pre-qualified lists or qualification processes; conduct requests for proposals and bid evaluations, then recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate charter development and integrated timelines, and ensure functions remain on schedule with issues resolved or escalated.
  • •Collaborate with the project team to guide implementation and completion; facilitate regular status meetings and coach others.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's degree preferred; alternatively, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •8-10 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • •Healthcare client and/or pharmacy fulfillment/packing client experience is beneficial.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with MS Project or similar tools, and Smartsheet is beneficial.
