Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive product from the press, stack and place it on pallets, and ensure correct loading for material handling.
  • •Print pallet labels with Pecas, set up work using job docket information, and review jobs for quality and accuracy.
  • •Support press operations by assisting operators during downtime and performing make-ready tasks (e.g., impression rollers, print unit cassettes, inks/solvent setup, doctor blades).
  • •Maintain a clean and safe press area by performing clean-up and proper handling/disposal of used items and hazardous materials/waste.
  • •If applicable, feed product into the folder/gluer, pack and palletize, and operate forklifts for safe material movement and recycling documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) plus one to three years of related production experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability, including the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • •Lift truck operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of all company equipment.
  • •Must be able to rotate shifts and be available to work in excess of 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary.
  • •Follow OHSE, personal protection, and hazardous materials/waste handling procedures.
