Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate candidate interviews and manage communication between hiring teams and applicants, maintaining recruitment databases.
  • •Oversee campus operations, manage recruitment, and coordinate with stakeholders for campus drives to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • •Handle HR-related inquiries, case management, and data reporting to support HR service delivery.
  • •Create and interpret reports and dashboards to transform data insights into actionable strategies.
  • •Support onboarding activities and maintain accurate employee files per SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Tech in Computer Science, B.Com, or BBA (2023 & 2024 graduates only)
  • •Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high volume and complex demands
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • •Experience with HR-related data/reporting and basic BI/tools is a plus (for People Insight tracks)
