Prepare and cook menu items for a high-volume restaurant, following standardized recipes for portion size, weight, and plate presentation. Coordinate daily prep and execution with the rest of the kitchen team, maintain a safe and sanitary station, and keep grilling and cooking areas hazard-free throughout the shift. Perform opening and closing duties, rotate food items properly, and assist other kitchen areas as needed to meet service pace and standards.
