Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI and ML solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and Azure AI Studio. Build LLM-powered applications with prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and RAG; create Agent-to-Agent workflows, implement Model Context Protocol, and drive MLOps/LLMOps with CI/CD, monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails to minimize hallucinations and drift.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deploy GenAI/ML solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI and related services in production environments.
•Build and maintain LLM-powered applications including prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
•Create and optimize Agent-to-Agent (A2A) workflows for task decomposition, orchestration, and collaboration among agents.
•Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) to standardize tool access, memory, and context management across agents.
•Apply MLOps/LLMOps practices with CI/CD for models and prompts, including versioning, monitoring, evaluation, and cost optimization.

Key Requirements

•Experience designing, developing, and deploying GenAI/ML solutions in a cloud environment using Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and Azure AI Studio.
•Proficiency in building LLM-powered applications with prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
•Ability to develop Agent-to-Agent (A2A) workflows for task decomposition, orchestration, and collaboration.
•Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and standardizing tool access, memory, and context management across agents.
•Hands-on experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices, including CI/CD for models and prompts, versioning, monitoring, and evaluation.
