Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely and efficiently direct visiting vehicles while loading and offloading goods.
  • •Maintain activity flow of production lines and meet service level agreements.
  • •Assist with manual inspection and repair of equipment stocks in the yards.
  • •Ensure trucks and equipment are well maintained and report operational problems, including damage.
  • •Carefully handle and store hire stock and raw materials while following stock rotation requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Operate forklift safely to run production operations and service hauliers in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Maintain consistent performance against safety and quality standards.
  • •Direct visiting vehicles safely while loading and offloading goods.
  • •Experience working in a busy yard environment, including loading and unloading HGVs and moving pallet stacks.
  • •Forklift experience on double or triple fork FLTs; external FLT license (RTITB or ITSSAR) is advantageous (in-house licenses may be accepted).
