Key Responsibilities

  • •Escort patients to treatment rooms and ensure patient comfort.
  • •Determine the order of patients in an integrated schedule to minimize provider/patient waiting.
  • •Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms before and after visits.
  • •Assist providers with documentation, including accurate SOAP notes, and support charting and administrative tasks.
  • •Assist with advanced procedures (including IV therapies, joint and spinal injections, and regenerative esthetic procedures) and support initial and re-evaluation examinations.

Salary: USD 18 - 23 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification, or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • •Demonstrate critical thinking to manage an integrated schedule and decide patient/provider order to prevent waiting.
  • •Assist providers with documentation, including accurate SOAP notes.
  • •Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms before and after patient visits.
  • •Support patient care and facilitate smooth patient flow between in-office treatments.
