Key Responsibilities

•Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth in Personal Care.
•Develop innovative collaborative models aligned to merchants’ short- and long-term plans and invest platform resources effectively.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to solve key business growth challenges.
•Offer consultative solutions across strategic content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partnerships, merchandising, and logistics to sellers.
•Update active sellers on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Track record of delivering and exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Ability to work as a strong team player and quickly learn in a fast-changing environment.
•Experience with TikTok and other content platforms, with preference for content-based e-commerce experience.
•3+ years of e-commerce experience with mixed exposure on both platform and brand/merchant sides.
