Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and continuously improve global Invoice-to-Cash processes across billing, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, dispute management, and cash application.
  • •Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and simplification using SAP capabilities, technology solutions, and best practices.
  • •Define process KPIs, policies, and documentation standards (process maps, RACIs, SOPs, controls) and analyze process performance.
  • •Support SAP S/4HANA transformation activities, including global template deployment, fit-to-standard workshops, testing, country readiness, cutover preparation, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • •Lead and develop a team of internal members and external consultants (up to 10 FTEs), setting goals and monitoring delivery and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of professional experience in Invoice-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, billing, or finance operations.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end customer invoicing, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, dispute management, and cash application processes.
  • •Experience leading process improvement initiatives and projects, ERP implementations, or business transformation programs.
  • •Strong ERP knowledge, preferably SAP S/4HANA or other large-scale enterprise platforms.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, matrix organization.
