Job Summary

Lead and coach a team to drive daily operations, customer onboarding, and ongoing relationship management for a financial center. Own execution of a consistent book-of-business strategy, including Financial Needs Assessments and proactive consultative sales to meet customer needs. Guide sales and service support, manage staffing and staffing needs, cultivate a One Bank culture with business partners, and support community initiatives while meeting risk and ethics expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coach a team to drive consistent operating rhythms, customer onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
•Deliver an integrated book-of-business strategy with Financial Needs Assessments for customers across all channels.
•Use a consultative sales process to proactively identify financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Provide direction and oversight for sales/service support, daily operations, and staffing needs to maintain quality.
•Support risk and ethics expectations by following policies and procedures, identifying and reporting risks, and participating in community activities.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of experience in a sales environment.
•Previous management experience preferred and ability to source, develop, coach, and lead a team.
•Experience in the financial industry and managing a P&L (a plus).
•Ability to analyze credit and financial information and make sound decisions.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
