  • •Confirm technician attendance, available skills, and daily work assignments; run Daily Tier meetings and supervisor/planner huddles.
  • •Spend most of the day on the manufacturing floor supporting maintenance execution; visit active maintenance jobs to remove roadblocks.
  • •Ensure safe work readiness (LOTO, permits, tools, PPE) and verify repair quality and proper equipment turnover.
  • •Manage break-in/displaced work, document reasons, recognize repeat failures, and review work-order closeouts for follow-up and escalation.
