Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete client transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Deliver a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating courteous conversations, and performing standardized and complex transactions with assistance when needed.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
  • •Support sales activities through outbound calls, checking for client offers, identifying client needs or opportunities, and referring to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
