Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with industrial safety measures using appropriate PPE to prevent accidents and protect physical integrity.
  • •Perform efficient and safe preventive/corrective maintenance activities and maintain assigned equipment according to established procedures and instructions.
  • •Execute maintenance orders assigned by the specialist and provide activity feedback in SAP (transaction IW41) to maintain a maintenance history.
  • •Monitor key indicators and intervene immediately to resolve root causes of micro-stoppages and waste generation; document implemented solutions.
  • •Carry out CILT system activities (inspections, cleaning, periodic tightening, lubrication, level adjustments) and execute TAG routines to address deviations and ensure reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Técnico superior universitario in Maintenance, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, or Electronic.
  • •3 years in manufacturing industry with automation, mechanical, electrical, electronic, or electromechanical activities on equipment (e.g., conveyors, motor-reducers, variable speed drives).
  • •Experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • •Ability to interpret technical diagrams and follow technical procedures and instructions for assigned equipment.
  • •Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and use of a maintenance management system (SAP).
