Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct RFQs with cable suppliers for costed BOMs, NPI development expenses, tooling/nonrecurring costs, and engineering change requirements at design milestones.
  • •Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, development and change-related expenses, material commitments, and delivery schedules.
  • •Track and manage cable-related BOMs, part numbers, supplier information, costs, and change histories throughout the product design lifecycle.
  • •Monitor raw-material readiness and maintain trackers for material status, shortages, risks, actions, owners, and recovery dates.
  • •Release forecasts and demand to suppliers, negotiate supply commitments, and develop material-readiness and supply-risk mitigation plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 74,550 - 127,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply planning, supplier management, or a related supply-chain function.
  • •Knowledge of BOM structures, product design milestones, NPI processes, supplier management, and material planning.
  • •Experience managing supplier RFQs, costed BOMs, NPI development expenses, forecasts, and purchase or demand releases with delivery commitments.
  • •Experience monitoring supplier material readiness, identifying material shortages, expediting deliveries, and developing supply-risk mitigation plans.
  • •Advanced analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
