Key Responsibilities

•Lead efforts to bring top-producing agents to Compass by selling the value proposition (technology, marketing, culture and growth).
•Engage directly with decision-makers to influence agents to switch from current brokerages to Compass.
•Meet clients and prospects in the field, spending significant time in-market and on-site.
•Collaborate with local teams to maximize coordination with agents through in-person engagements.
•Meet quarterly quota measured by Gross Commission Income (GCI) brought to Compass.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Highly organized; ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
