Key Responsibilities

  • •Source, interview, hire, train, and develop team members; conduct reviews and performance evaluations.
  • •Ensure maximum performance at multiple locations and support location personnel with system training requirements.
  • •Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews with General Manager and Assistant General Manager to assess trends and revenue opportunities.
  • •Monitor operational metrics such as equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and procedures in compliance with legal regulations; resolve conflicts and set team goals with clear expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • •Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • •Have 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role.
  • •Demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • •Adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay educated on EquipmentShare products and services.
