•Maintain thorough knowledge of Truist Mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines.
•Provide mortgage clients sound advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage product benefits.
•Consistently execute Truist referral processes to introduce clients to other bank solutions.
•Support mortgage loan fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up as needed for quality control or post-closing review.

•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and an applicable NMLS background check.
