Job Summary

Lead planning, budgeting, and risk management for Fluidstack’s global data center construction projects. You’ll turn capacity targets into executable plans, manage scope across design, procurement, and construction, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on-time handovers while reporting to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Build integrated schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) covering design, procurement, construction and commissioning and own execution of the master construction schedule from site-mobilization through substantial completion and turnover.
•Own project budgets, cash-flow forecasts and change-order governance; report earned-value KPIs weekly.
•Facilitate phase-gate and 30/60/90% design reviews; maintain RACI matrices and action logs.
•Manage contract lifecycles - RFP, bid analysis, award, PCO tracking, close-out documentation.
•Lead project standups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 160,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of project-management experience in hyperscale data centers, large industrial or infrastructure builds
•B.S./B.E./B.A. in an engineering discipline (construction management qualification preferred)
•PMI-PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification desirable
•Deep knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical scopes procurement workflows and cost controls
•Expert user of scheduling and cost tools (P6/Project, Procore, Ares, Excel); experience with Smartsheet and Confluence
