Support the external sales team by generating B2B lead opportunities through targeted prospecting and outbound telesales. •Identify and target potential customers for B2B lead generation solutions in HVAC and process cooling.

•Handle outbound sales calls with targets and collaborate with marketing to support sales campaigns and promotional materials.
•Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics, and participate in QHSE compliance and required training.
