Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary HR advisor to the Transformation Office and IT leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
  • •Coach leaders and advise on organizational implications of functional and business decisions.
  • •Lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development processes.
  • •Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, operating model effectiveness, and retention/engagement strategies.
  • •Support employee relations matters, performance improvement, and change adoption for transformational programs including NextGen IBP.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing and implementing high-impact programs that support business objectives.
