Partner with the Chief Transformation Officer’s leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce planning in support of enterprise transformation. Serve as a trusted HR advisor and hands-on coach to Transformation Office and IT leaders, aligning people priorities to business decisions while influencing outcomes through Centers of Excellence and major program adoption, including NextGen IBP.

•Serve as the primary HR advisor to the Transformation Office and IT leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
•Coach leaders and advise on organizational implications of functional and business decisions.
•Lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development processes.
•Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, operating model effectiveness, and retention/engagement strategies.
•Support employee relations matters, performance improvement, and change adoption for transformational programs including NextGen IBP.

Salary: USD 139,800 - 192,200 annually

Key Requirements

•BS in Human Resources or related field.
•8+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably as a business partner or talent partner.
•Experience in a generalist HR capacity across both transactional and strategic areas.
•Strong HR skills including change management, organization development, organization design, and resource allocation.
•Experience developing and implementing high-impact programs that support business objectives.
