Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide hands-on technical support to NGA College end-users, maintaining desktop systems and ensuring reliable operation of computer systems.
  • •Serve as NGA College liaison for NGA events involving UDS IT equipment; facilitate meetings with customers and senior leadership and communicate IT questions/concerns.
  • •Independently troubleshoot and resolve highly complex hardware/software issues; perform advanced software installations and OS/software upgrades.
  • •Lead complex data/media recoverability using schedules of system backups and database archive operations.
  • •Configure and maintain networked computer systems and conduct hardware/software audits to ensure compliance with standards; train end-users as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must currently possess Top Secret/SCI clearance and be able to obtain Top Secret/SCI + Polygraph.
  • •US citizenship required.
  • •8+ years of related experience supporting end-user computing/desktop environments and infrastructure operations.
  • •Knowledge of Thin Client and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technology, including experience with Windows 11/10, Citrix, SMS, and SCCM.
  • •Security+ or CASP and ITIL v4 Foundations certifications; strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and ability to work flexible schedules.
