Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, own, and roll out a comprehensive three-level GenAI enablement framework, including mandatory foundation access, job-specific training, and enterprise Champions.
  • •Onboard and lead a network of 40–60 departmental GenAI Champions, setting governance, training curricula, and quarterly forums for adoption and alignment.
  • •Partner directly with VP and Tribe leadership to translate adoption and usage metrics into actionable business outcomes and secure resources and buy-in.
  • •Build and lead a multidisciplinary delivery team of ~5 specialists to execute program milestones across learning design, change management, program delivery, and analytics.
  • •Define measurement and governance frameworks, including core delivery KPIs (e.g., WAU, 28-day active users, usage depth, shadow AI trends) aligned to HelloFresh’s GenAI governance.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years leading enterprise change, transformation, technology adoption, or L&D programs for thousands of users across international markets.
  • •Hands-on GenAI operational expertise with modern GenAI tools, agentic workflows, and LLMs, including awareness of enterprise governance constraints.
  • •Experience partnering at VP level with strong executive presence, aligning strategy, managing expectations, and driving enterprise-wide adoption.
  • •Track record hiring, guiding, and managing multidisciplinary teams across instructional design, change management, and analytics.
  • •Data-fluent ability to define success metrics and create executive-ready dashboards quantifying adoption and business impact.
