Job Summary

Lead a comprehensive onboarding and rotations program and, after completion, manage a Fifth Third Financial Center. Develop strong Consumer and Small Business relationships through consultative selling, assess customers’ financial needs, and guide recommendations across products and services. Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA onboarding roadmap and all training activities through program completion, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•Deepen Consumer and Small Business relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
•Maintain knowledge of the bank’s products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use a consultative sales process to identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Source, develop, coach, and lead a team; build an integrated book of business strategy using Financial Needs Assessments (FNA) and proactive ongoing support.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
