Job Summary

Design, build, and operate cloud-native enterprise data products across Azure and AWS, using Databricks and Snowflake. Modernize and migrate legacy and on-prem data platforms, implementing batch and streaming pipelines with Spark. Partner with product, analytics, governance, security, and risk teams to ensure compliant, scalable, reusable, and securely shared datasets. Define data engineering best practices across CI/CD, testing, observability, performance, and cost optimization, while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Six to eight years of relevant experience.
•Experience with Azure Data Platform services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Synapse Analytics (or Fabric).
•Deep experience with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake) and Snowflake (data modeling, ingestion such as Snowpipe, and data sharing).
•Strong understanding of secure data access and governance (IAM, RBAC, OAuth 2.0, TLS/mTLS, JWT) in cloud environments.
