Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operations for hourly employees and drive continuous improvements across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost using EBS tools.
  • •Achieve production targets in coordination with relevant functions, guiding, developing, and motivating shop-floor employees.
  • •Champion a safety culture using MESH tools and safety best practices, empowering employees to take responsibility for their own and others’ safety.
  • •Lead EBS practices (including MESH, ECIS, EQS) with a focus on value stream performance and meeting internal and external customer needs.
  • •Run day-to-day activities such as manpower movement, job assignments, and time/attendance/vacation data; coach employees and support weekend supervision as needed.
