•Develop and implement scalable, performant solutions for the web application and data pipelines.
•Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile.
•Mentor and coach junior engineers through thorough pull request reviews and constructive feedback.
•Maintain and expand analytics infrastructure that powers actionable point-of-care insights.
•Transform complex point-of-care data into signals (e.g., breakage detection, experimentation, viewing rate analytics) to improve outcomes and adoption.

Key Requirements

•BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•3+ years using SQL (or other database query languages) on large multi-table datasets.
•4+ years building backend applications in cross-functional teams.
•2+ years acting as a trusted technical decision-maker to deliver business value.
•2+ years coaching other engineers.
