Key Responsibilities

  • •Build out and scale the Raindrop web application to service millions of requests daily.
  • •Architect and implement core product features and system architecture.
  • •Iterate rapidly while maintaining high quality and reliability.
  • •Deeply understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • •Collaborate with AI teams to improve monitoring of AI agents.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production-grade web applications.
  • •Strong coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js; experience with Torch/PyTorch is a plus.
  • •Experience designing, scaling, and maintaining systems and architectures for high-traffic services.
  • •Ability to ship quickly with attention to quality and a growth mindset.
  • •Available to work in person in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
