Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet VIP guests upon arrival and provide a warm, brand-aligned welcome.
  • •Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, considering dietary requirements and preferences.
  • •Present menus and make knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences and ingredient availability.
  • •Ensure seamless dining by anticipating needs, fulfilling special requests, and escalating guest concerns to the Head of Department.
  • •Maintain hygiene and safety standards, support table setup/cleanliness, and assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in a Luxury Hotel environment as a VIP Waitress (plus).
  • •Professional, polished appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
  • •Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in English is required and additional languages are a plus.
  • •Ability to upsell using sales techniques and drive customer satisfaction and profitability.
