Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure business strategies are in place to achieve Retail KPIs, including sales, cost targets, inventory, and Days of Stock (DOS) at target levels.
  • •Maintain inventory and shrinkage control, including expiry management, price updates, and keeping back-end documents in compliance with SOPs.
  • •Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and availability of store range and promotion stock through replenishment methods.
  • •Deploy and manage staff efficiently through delegation, supervision, training, roster management, and leave planning for smooth operations.
  • •Analyze reports and implement corrective actions to achieve KPIs related to sales, cost reduction, shrinkage controls, inventory optimization, and item availability.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in any discipline with at least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role in retail, or HSC with at least 5 years in a supervisory role in retail.
  • •Experience in a supervisory role in retail is required.
  • •MS Office proficiency (MS Excel & MS Word).
  • •Knowledge of Retail ERP (SAP) is an advantage.
  • •Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
